Dr. Villegas has extensive experience in clinical practice, medical business management, and fund-raising for charitable foundations dedicated to community service and international medical missions. Dr. Villegas has been in medical practice in Queens since 1989.

Dr. Frousios, who trained at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, has deep personal, familial, and professional roots in the community of Astoria, Queens, where he grew up and is, since 1996, a practicing pediatrician.
